Do you design and build, or design only?
Both models work. Design-to-code is our default — the same organisation designs and ships, so nothing is lost in translation — but we also hand off to in-house engineering teams with complete specs.
How do you design for AI features?
We use established trust patterns: show confidence and sources, keep humans in control of consequential actions, make review effortless and failure states graceful. Then we usability-test them.
