What does NexusNao do?
NexusNao is an AI-focused software company. We design and build custom AI solutions, AI agents, workflow automation, SaaS platforms, web and mobile applications, APIs and cloud systems — for startups, growing businesses and enterprises.
Who does NexusNao work with?
Startups shipping their first product, growing businesses automating operations, and enterprises integrating AI into existing systems. Engagements range from focused validation sprints to multi-quarter product delivery.
How do projects usually start?
With a scoping conversation, then a short discovery phase that produces a concrete proposal: scope, timeline, team and cost. For AI initiatives we often recommend a fixed-price validation sprint first, so you invest in the full build with evidence in hand.
How long does a typical project take?
Validation sprints run two to four weeks. A focused first product release typically ships in eight to fourteen weeks. Larger platforms are delivered in increments, with working software demonstrated weekly from the start.
How much does a project cost?
It depends on scope, and we won't pretend otherwise — but every proposal includes a fixed, itemised cost before you commit. Discovery exists precisely so the number is grounded in defined scope rather than optimism.
Do you work with our in-house team or replace it?
Both models are common. We deliver end-to-end with our own team, or embed alongside your engineers and designers — including enablement, pairing and handover so your team owns the result.
Who owns the intellectual property?
You do. Code, designs, documentation and infrastructure configuration are yours, delivered in repositories you control, with full handover as standard.
How do you keep our data secure?
Least-privilege access, encrypted data handling, provider agreements that exclude training on your data, and deployment inside your own cloud where required. Security review is part of delivery, not an add-on.
Can AI systems run entirely on our infrastructure?
Yes. Where privacy, residency or regulation requires it, we deploy self-hosted open-source models and keep the entire pipeline inside your environment.
What happens after launch?
Your choice: full handover to your team, an ongoing support and improvement retainer, or anything between. AI systems additionally ship with monitoring and evaluation dashboards so quality stays measurable after go-live.
Intelligence, made operational.
